PYTI Toolkit Licensing Terms of Use

  • This is a contract between Professional Yoga Therapy and Living Well, Inc., hereto forward known as LICENSING AGENT and the undersigned, hereto forward known as LICENSEE.

    The LICENSING AGENT grants use of the PYTS Logo and any promotional or educational materials, as applicable, listed herein to the LICENSEE under the following TERMS OF USE.

    The date of this contract is established as written below and shall remain in force as outlined in the contract below.

    PYT Logo Licensing Terms of Use

    • The PYT logo is only approved for use on promotional and educational materials which are congruent with the PYT Method. All final versions of modified logos must be approved by PYTS before use.

    • The PYT logo may be modified with wording, letters, or symbols above or below to fit the Licensee’s specific application; however, the “PYT” letters must remain.

    • The PYT Logo is licensed for limited use as an educational tool or in promotion of PYT services by the LICENSEE for a period of one year at which time this license must be renewed.

    PYT Educational Materials Licensing Terms of Use

    • Digital texts, digital presentations, or other materials ordered as part of a customized PYT Toolkit, hereto forward known as "EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS" cannot be resold in retail or wholesale form and must be used for educational purposes only and/or to be issued as a part of an individualized home program (IHP) for patient care.

    • The EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS are only meant to be used by patients or students AFTER having worked with the LICENSEE, who is trained in the PYT Method.

    • The EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS TERMS OF USE expire five years after the date of the original contract signing.

    • After the date of expiration, the EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS listed in this contract are not deemed valid or useable since approximately every five years EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS are updated for current evidence base and practice.

    • The LICENSEE must reapply for licensing of the EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS on or after the expiration date of this contract.
