Level II Journal
Students are required to complete a 100 hour journal as part of the requirements to graduate.
You may use the template below or any journal format of your choice. If you do not use the journal template, be sure to provide at a minimum a charting of when you engaged in personal practice. When you’re reflecting on the effect and notes on your practice, think about how the practice impacted you personally and professionally.
