Introduction to Professional Yoga Therapy (PYT)

My first elective class to complete this CCC project was in 2012, but I was asked to continue teaching this elective every year since then. The class is now only few hours 3-4 and I still use the same Pre-Posture Algorithm that I learned when taking PYT which has proven to endure and stand the test of time as a very helpful teaching tool. I’m grateful for Ginger/PYTI for the opportunity to share PYT with future generations of PT’s.
