Julie is a Registered PT and has been practicing and studying yoga for over 15 years. She enjoys integrating wellness and the whole person into each and every assessment and treatment. As an internationally competitive triathlete and swimmer, Julie also brings a wealth of experience working with elite athletes. Also as a mother to two young girls she enjoys working with mothers and helping them gently return to fitness.
