I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic floor dysfunctions, and breast cancer rehabilitation. I have furthered my education and experience by obtaining a Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Specialist Certification, Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer exercise specialist certification, KickPink Practitioner, FMT RockPods Myofascial cupping certification, and Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation (FAKTR) certification, which combines functional movement analysis, kinesiotaping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). I am Pilates mat and apparatus trained through BASI, integrating the fundamental theories of Pilates to my rehab approach.
