Three Levels of Membership

The Living Well Institute Member Area offers 3 convenient levels of access: Provider Member, Professional Member, and Clinic Membership.

Provider Membership – supports you as a student and alumnus

Available to students and alumni of Living Well Institute, formerly PYTI, the Provider Member level allows access to all the areas of the site for healthcare professionals who are currently enrolled in or are graduates of LWI Integrative Lifestyle Medicine & Medical Therapeutic Yoga Programs*.

*If you are enrolled in the ILM or MTY programs, your first year of membership is included. You must enroll with the code issued by our office in order to redeem your first year. After your first year membership renewal is automatic. You will be notified via email when your annual renewal is due.

Professional Membership – supports you as an entrepreneur, private practice owner, &/or those in managerial positions

The Professional Member level gives you access to a Toolbox of resources that will help build your practice in Integrative Lifestyle Medicine & Medical Therapeutic Yoga.

The Living Well Institute Member Area is here to maximize your success in using medical therapeutic yoga and lifestyle medicine. Clinic Membership – a more cost effective solution that supports provides all the Pro Member Levels but for practices with more than 2 clinicians per practice.

This membership level is appropriate for any clinic that has more than 1 Living Well Institute certified professional – whether the Integrative Lifestyle Medicine practitioner or Professional Yoga Therapist. The dues are $100 per year per clinician, with a minimum of 2 practicing clinicians per practice. You have access, through your Clinic Membership, to the Provider & Professional ToolKits, and you get this access at a reduced rate. To purchase, scroll down.
